Sign up on the teacher signup page and choose your school, or your school administrator can add you. Either way you'll get an email to log in.

How do I release a lesson to my class?

On your dashboard, open the class and press Release. The next lesson in the curriculum goes to every family signed up for that class. The lessons are prerecorded; you don't need to record anything.

Which families receive what I release?

Every parent, and every invited grandparent, of a child enrolled in that class, on the channels each person chose.

Can I preview a lesson first?

Yes. Tap any lesson in the class list to play it.

Can I re-release or correct a lesson?

A lesson can be released only once per class. If you sent the wrong one, press Cancel right away. That stops any messages not yet sent, but it can't pull back messages already delivered.

Can I send lessons out of order?

You can skip the current lesson; it moves to the back of the queue and can still be sent later. You can also drag unreleased lessons to reorder them for your class.

Can I add a note for parents to a lesson?

Yes. When you release a lesson, you can add a short note for parents, for example to explain why you're sending a lesson out of order.

How do I know it went out?

You get a confirmation email after each release.

Can I use my own recording or create my own lesson?

Only if your school administrator has turned that on for you. Your recording replaces the curriculum audio for that release.

Who do I contact if something isn't working?

Send feedback, or email tft@cojds.org.

How do families join?

How do I see which families are enrolled?

Go to Families for a list of your school's families.

What can my teachers do, and can I change it?

How do I remove a teacher?

Go to Teachers, open the teacher, and remove them.

Can I send something to several classes at once?

Yes. Send audio lets you pick classes and send a recording either in addition to or instead of the next scheduled lesson (sending instead of a lesson skips that lesson). You get one confirmation email for each send you start.

I'm a teacher and an administrator. Do I need two logins?

No. One login gives you both. You'll see the admin tools for the school where you're an administrator.

Can I see who's listening?
